Raising the bar: Inside Raman Pharma’s commitment to quality

This year is shaping up to be another busy and exciting one for Raman Pharma’s dedicated Quality Team - Neil, Pavitra and Clare - who are playing a central role in driving our Continuous Improvement Programme and supporting the planned expansion of the company.


As part of this ongoing commitment to excellence, we are currently overhauling our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), introducing more efficient processes that are designed to enhance the service we provide to our valued customers. Weekly team meetings allow us to closely monitor progress and resolve any issues promptly, keeping everything moving in the right direction.


Quality at the core


At Raman Pharma, quality is not just a department - it’s at the very heart of everything we do. From the meticulous temperature monitoring of our warehouse and transport partners to the rigorous checks we carry out on all suppliers, every step is designed to ensure the pharmaceuticals we provide maintain their integrity from start to finish.


A safe and compliant workplace


In addition to their roles in Quality, Clare and Neil also take the lead on Health and Safety compliance. This has taken on even greater importance as we prepare for a number of key improvements to our warehouse facilities over the coming months.


Last month, our Health and Safety advisors carried out a thorough review and were pleased to note continued progress, with high levels of compliance - and in some areas, going above and beyond the required standards.


We’re proud of how far we’ve come, and we’re looking forward to achieving even more next year as we continue to grow, evolve and uphold the highest standards in everything we do.
