Dhruv brings over 20 years of business aptitude to make a real difference to the Veterinary world. Our Founder who started the business in 2008, has a relentless passion to solve problems for Veterinary Professionals. His drive to go the extra mile for both colleagues and customers is contagious to other members of the team. Outside of work, he enjoys as much time as possible with family.
Barjinder “Harry”
India Business Director
Harry is an accomplished Director leading our Indian office, bringing over 22 years of extensive experience in Operations, Finance, and Project Management. With a proven track record of driving growth and profitability, he is dedicated to steering the company toward success. As a valued member of the family-owned business, he has cultivated strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies across India, enhancing our network and influence in the industry. Outside of work, Harry cherishes quality time with his family and is committed to personal growth. He finds solace in reading, often diving into books that enrich his mind and spirit during his free time.

HR Director
Marianne joined Raman Pharma in September 2023, bringing over 20 years of HR and pharmaceutical experience, with a strong background in supporting fast-growing organisations. Her role focuses on aligning talent with the company’s strategic goals and helping team members reach their full potential. Outside of work, Marianne enjoys gardening, swimming, opera and travelling.

Commercial Director
Vicky brings over 20 years of experience in the Human Pharmaceutical industry, having worked across wholesale, hospital sales and generics. Previously managing Raman as a Key Account, she joined the business to help drive commercial performance and process improvements. She enjoys the pace, ethics, and variety of working in a fast-growing, family-run company. Outside of work, Vicky is a keen walker and once climbed Snowdon to celebrate a milestone birthday.
Kyra
Procurement Officer
Kyra joined Raman Pharma in 2024, bringing eight years of experience in the human pharmaceutical industry. With a BA in Business & Management, she brings strong knowledge of products, suppliers and customer service. Kyra is enjoying the new challenges and looks forward to supporting Raman Pharma’s continued growth. Outside of work, she loves dancing - especially afrobeats, kizomba, bachata and salsa - as well as crocheting, sewing and relaxing with a game of solitaire.

Raj is a dynamic force within the family-owned business, bringing a rich tapestry of experience in developing diverse ventures across the UK and Europe, from spices to bicycles. His keen eye for detail and negotiation prowess enable him to secure the best deals for our veterinary customers, ensuring they receive top-quality products at competitive prices. When he’s not busy forging connections with suppliers, you can find Raj indulging his passion for travel, exploring new cultures and discovering hidden gems around the globe.

With over 40 years of customer service experience in both retail and office environments, Sue joined Raman Pharma in February 2024 and hasn’t looked back. She enjoys being part of a close-knit, customer-focused team and values the family feel of the business. Sue is especially inspired by the company's commitment to putting customer care first and takes pride in helping ensure clients receive the products they need, when they need them.

Customer Service Manager
Amber has been part of Raman Pharma since 2023 and has enjoyed every second. After five years in human pharmaceuticals, her love of animals inspired a move into the veterinary field. She thrives in the supportive, fast-paced environment and values being part of a team that always puts customers first. Outside of work, Amber keeps busy with her 2-year-old and two bonus kids - and never says no to a cup of tea, especially when someone else makes it!

Hayley joined Raman Pharma in September 2023, looking for a new challenge and quickly found her place in the supportive, family-like team. As part of the customer service team, she enjoys helping clients and being part of a fast-paced, friendly environment. Outside of work, Hayley loves travelling and spending time with her two bunnies, Lily and Boysie.

Clare brings over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical research and quality management to her role at Raman Pharma. With a BSc in Molecular Biology, she spent most of her career in neuroscience research before moving into Health & Safety and Quality roles at the NHS Lighthouse Labs during the pandemic. Clare is passionate about upholding the highest standards in pharmaceutical safety and quality. Outside of work, she enjoys family life with her husband, two children and two cats.

After a break from the pharmaceutical industry, Neil returned to the field with a renewed sense of purpose - joining Raman Pharma for its strong values, focus on animal welfare and commitment to exceptional customer service. Sharing the company’s vision to be a leader in veterinary pharmaceuticals, Neil has found it incredibly rewarding to contribute to Raman’s continued and rapid growth.

Quality Control & Trainee RP
Pavitra joined Raman Pharma in early 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from the banking and government sectors. Before joining, she worked as an Enforcement Officer at the Veterinary Medicines Directorate, helping veterinary businesses understand and comply with regulations. Now part of the Quality Team, Pavitra is inspired by Raman’s dynamic environment and commitment to excellence. Outside of work, she enjoys drawing, painting, music and long walks.

Damien
Warehouse Operations Lead
Damien joined Raman Pharma in 2022, starting as a picker and quickly becoming an integral part of the team. With hands-on experience across the warehouse, customer service, logistics and pharmaceuticals, he now oversees day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth processes and excellent service for customers. Damien values the support and development opportunities he’s received and enjoys travelling the world to experience different countries and cultures.
Keith
Warehouse Supervisor
Keith joined Raman Pharma in December 2023 as a warehouse operative and quickly progressed to supervisor, bringing extensive experience in warehouse logistics and supervision. He ensures internal processes run smoothly so customers receive their orders safely and on time. Outside of work, Keith enjoys travelling and spending time with his family, including his three granddaughters—who keep him young and busy as “Grandpa’s taxi.”

Warehouse Supervisor
Stela joined Raman in 2022 and was promoted to Dispatch Supervisor, where she ensures that everything is correct before leaving the warehouse. Her attention to detail is excellent and she is an integral part of the team. Outside of work Stela enjoys spending time with her family and her 3 kittens, Rayna, Leo and Sisi.

Mihaela has two years of experience in a fast-paced pharmaceutical warehouse environment, She has gained valuable skills in inventory management and order fulfilment. Michaela is a strong team player and ensures that they maintain accuracy and efficiency across all processes. She enjoy the responsibility that comes with handling sensitive medical products and understand the importance of precision in every task she performs. Out of work, Mihaela loves to travel, to play tennis and to walk. Her eyes light up as she talks of her travels.
Reece
Warehouse Team
Reece joined Raman in early 2024 and is now responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching pharmaceutical goods with a high level of accuracy and care. He is always looking for ways to improve efficiency and support the team in delivering reliable service to our clients and partners. Outside of work, Reece was a keen Rugby player, until a recent injury has resulted in him being out of action this season.

Nicolae has two years of experience working in a pharmaceutical warehouse where he has developed a keen eye for detail and strong commitment to compliance. His role includes managing stock levels, preparing consignments, and ensuring all products are handled according to GDP. He takes pride in knowing that his work helps ensure the safe and timely delivery of essential medication.

Ragini is a dedicated member of the family-owned business, bringing a lifelong passion for finance to her role at Raman Pharma, which she joined in 2023. Her journey began with managing a school bank and assisting small businesses, laying a strong foundation for her expertise. Holding an MSc in Accounting and Finance, Ragini is known for her meticulous attention to detail, a quality that not only enhances the work across her team but also inspires a collective pursuit of excellence. Outside of her finance-focused world, Ragini loves to explore new cuisines, wander through vibrant cities and create cherished memories with her loved ones.

Gary is a motivated Financial Controller with over 25 years of experience in driving profitability through strategic growth and cost optimisation. Since joining Raman Pharma, he has played a key role in supporting the company’s financial health and future growth. Gary brings a strong commercial focus and enjoys being part of a values-led, fast-paced business.

Ruks is a bright visionary and a key member of the family-owned business, known for her exceptional ability to spot patterns where others see chaos. With an MSc in Pure Mathematics, she combines analytical thinking with creative problem-solving to tackle every challenge the management team faces. Ruks’s passion for mathematics and her keen insight into complex problems make her an invaluable asset, ensuring that the company remains agile and responsive in a dynamic market. When she’s not unraveling intricate challenges, Ruks enjoys exploring new ideas and engaging in thought-provoking discussions that inspire growth and creativity.

Richard has had two years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical warehousing, He has been promoted to the position of Business Process Improvement Lead, where he specialises in the safe, efficient handling and distribution of medical products. He is committed to maintaining high standards in inventory management, regulatory compliance, and operational accuracy.
Anna
Data Analyst & Business Improvement Lead
Anna is a data analyst and visualisation specialist with a background in coding and mathematics. She has a PhD in Maths and has worked across a range of industries, including Oil and Gas, Automotive, Health & Beauty and Pharmaceuticals. She enjoys turning complex data into clear, useful insights and building visuals that help people make better decisions. Whether it's digging into numbers or writing code. She likes solving problems and making data more accessible. Outside of work Anna has 3 cats and a dog, and loves to dance!

Sevy is a Technology Consultant with over 10 years of experience, supporting Raman Pharma with IT solutions, cloud systems and performance improvements.
